Regional Cooperation Conference

It was stated in the Shanghai Manifesto on Global SME Cooperation that SMEs not only desire, but are in need of international cooperation. Governments of various nations must resist trade protectionism, eliminate trade barriers and open their respective domestic markets in order to foster an equal, fair and free environment for international cooperation. They should also promptly set up mechanisms to help promote international SME cooperation in a variety of areas, especially those of expedient trade, intellectual property and technology transfer.

To organize regional cooperation conferences is an important measure for GASME to foster bilateral regional SME cooperation. So far, GASME has successfully hosted more than 50 US-China/UK-China/Canada-China/Australia-China/Africa-China Business Building Conferences with over 10,000 businesses in attendance and more than 1500 business and trade agreements worth USD 1.5 billion signed.
